Changes in fuel prices or airline conditions may result in a fuel surcharge. If applied, the tour operator may adjust the holiday price by the actual amount charged. For flights with Turkish Airlines any fuel surcharge may be added up to the time the group flight tickets are issued.

Carriage of specialist sports equipment, including surfboards, kitesurfing or diving equipment, is available only by prior request and subject to airline confirmation.

Travellers under 18 who are not accompanied by both parents require a notarised parental declaration in accordance with Bulgarian border requirements. A birth certificate must also be presented when the child and parent have different surnames.
