- Prices and Payment Methods
- The prices shown in the JETSET reservation system are in Euros and are payable in Leva at the rate of 1.956 Leva for 1 Euro.
- Payment of the price for the relevant service shall also be deemed to be confirmation of all details entered or provided by the User, including but not limited to names, destination, travel period, etc., as well as these General Terms and Conditions, the tariff conditions and/or the General Terms and Conditions of the provider of the relevant Tourist Service.
- In the event that the User chooses a credit card payment method, it is possible that the confirmed amount for the requested service may be debited in a currency different from the one indicated as the final price. In this case, there may be a difference between the amount announced by JETSET in euros or leva and the amount that is actually authorised and subsequently debited from the card provided for payment. These differences are due to the cross-exchange rates for different currencies between the issuing bank of the credit card and the bank with which the airline or service provider operates, as well as the terms and conditions of the specific card institution (VISA, MasterCard, Borica).

Therefore, should the User be unable to make the bank transfer on the day the booking is made, they must confirm the price and status of their reservation with a JETSET travel consultant before transferring the amount at the earliest opportunity. If the fare has a longer period for ticket issuance, and provided that the User transfers the entire amount due to JETSET's account and sends a copy of the payment order via email, JETSET will issue the flight ticket in accordance with the updated details of the booked flight confirmed by the client. In the event that the User does not make the payment or send confirmation of payment within the aforementioned period, and as a result the reservation is cancelled or the price is changed by the airline, JETSET bears no responsibility for this.
